We are in situ concrete staircase specialists, these range from simple steps to more complex, curved, helical and spiral stairs.

All our concrete stairs are built on-site, not precast, "NO WORRIES WILL THE STAIRS FIT" !!!!

We work alongside Architects, Engineers and Designers to ensure you get the stairs you dream of.

If you are not happy with the stairs that have been drawn up, no worries, we can DESIGN AND BUILD your stairs for you, we can do this free of charge. 

We have constructed stairs all over the UK but London and surrounding counties are our main areas of work.

We have been trading for over 18 years and completed thousands of staircases.

We have no CCJS, no HSE notices and all our operatives are CCS registered and trained for their specific job.

Because we are a smaller company, we offer a more "Personal touch" compared to bigger companies. Company director, Edward Brennan,  works on-site full time ensuring everything runs smoothly and most importantly "IS RIGHT"

             ADVANTAGES OF IN SITU CONCRETE STAIRS OVER PRECAST

1. Cost !! Insitu, helical/Spiral stairs are a fraction of the cost of precast

2. All made on site!  in situ is built to your site measurements, not pre-made off a drawing.

3. Short lead times! Precast lead times run into months and cause delays!!

4. No major site disturbance! Precast needs huge cranes, possible road closures.

5. In situ design can be changed, even up to when the concrete is being cast!

6. Precast is ordered months in advance and you don't even know if it will fit!!!

7. Change your mind of finishes to your floors and stairs, no problem with in situ.

8. Precast would need to either built up or treads cut to suit this change.
