WHAT ARE IN SITU CONCRETE STAIRS
In situ means built on site, not precast which is made off site, delivered and craned in.
The stairs are only built after site measurements are taken and confirmed.
All floor levels confirmed and finishes to treads and risers.
We can construct any design/style staircase given to us to build !

WHY IN SITU CONCRETE STAIRS
1. Concrete stairs are fire resistant, a stairs might be the only means of escape if a fire.
2. In situ means "built on-site" we work to the buildings dimensions.
3. Once installed, concrete stairs can be used by all the follow on trades, thus speeding up the build and no need for ladders
4. Our spiral, curved and helical flights are A FRACTION OF THE COST OF PRECAST
5. They are solid and extremely durable, huge noise reduction, no creaks or squeaks when you walk on them.
6. Concrete stairs are weatherproof and resitant to water, unlke wooden stairs.
7. Because they are built on-site, things can be changed during the construction process.
8. Flexibility in design " ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE "
9. Concrete stairs can be finished with any material, Stone, wood, tiles, carpet, marble.
Not every Client is happy with a stairs that has been drawn up for them.
Sometimes an Architect will just draw a "Generic design"
We at EJ Brennan love to be able to modify a design and give the Client the "Stairs they dream of"
A simple site survey, a discussion with the Client to what they want and anything is achievable.
For a Helical stair, we can calculate the inner/outer radius, tread sizes and riser heights.
Straight flights are easier to calculate.
We do all this "Free of charge"
Our work takes us to some of the most "prestigious" areas/roads in the country !
We constructed 22 flights of helical stairs on a new build road, Hamilton Drive in "Leafy"
St Johns wood, in London. The project was for Careys, a huge Contractor in London.
