IN SITU CONCRETE STAIRS

All our concrete stairs are in situ, meaning  they are built onsite.

There are no cranes involved or the need for mechanical lifting.

They are the ideal solution when refurbishing your property.

In situ concrete stairs have numerous advantages over precast.

They can be installed at any stage of a build.

Precast Stairs have long lead times, once ordered,

you can’t  change your mind on floor levels or finish thicknesses.

Each staircase is bespoke and tailor made to suit your build.

We can work to drawings but will always carry out a survey.

We will check all relevant finished floor levels,

finishes to treads and risers, position of door openings etc.

A standard straight flight will usually take around 3-4 days to construct.

The curved/helical/spiral Stairs a little longer.

The curing time is usually a maximum of 7 days.

There is very little mess and disruption to site.

Get your stairs in early and you have access to your floors.

This  makes work a lot easier for the follow on trades.
