we construct these in new builds, but the majority will be in basement additions, both internally and external.

Because concrete is weatherproof, these offer the perfect solution for external stairs.

We also have constructed concrete stairs where water-proof systems are in place. We ensure that minimal, if any damage is caused to the water-proof membranes or tanking systems that are in place.

Many people will use the space beneath the stairs for storage, integrating doors and 

drawers into the side of the of the stairs. 

Other Clients have used the space for a small bathroom/toilet.
