We constructed this solid concrete stairs with solid concrete

balustrades on a stunning, new build on Kew road, Richmond.

The property was literally opposite the entrance to Kew Gardens.

The stairs ran from Ground to second floors.

The treads and risers have received a solid timber finish.

The balustrades, soffit and string edge have all been plastered.
